Shakespeare's As You Like It opens on January 24, 2010 at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.    Curtis Moore is the Music Coordinator and assocaite composer on this joint collaboration between The Old Vic in London, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and Neal Street Productions.

Broadway's newest leading ladies Kate Baldwin ("Finian's Rainbow") and Montego Glover ("Memphis") join a cast of New York's most-acclaimed talents on the demo of "The Legend of Stagecoach Mary." From the new musical by Trickybox collaborators Thomas Mizer and Curtis Moore, the complete recordings include songs sung by Julia Murney and Brian d Arcy James, as well as four brand new tracks for the fall of 2009 featuring Danielle Lee Greaves, Jenn Colella, and Heather Ayers.

Clear Blue Tuesday premieres at the New York Music Theater Festival

Clear Blue Tuesday

Curtis Moore is proud to be part of the team working together on Clear Blue Tuesday, a new movie which explores the lives of eleven New Yorkers post 9/11. The movie is directed by Elizabeth Lucas, with script and songs written in collaboration with the cast. Trickybox artist Curtis Moore composed the score and produced the track “The Ritual.”   Clear Blue Tuesday premiered at the New York Musical Theatre Festival in September 2009.

Trickybox collaborators Thomas Mizer and Curtis Moore are extremely honored to have been selected to receive a 2009 Jonathan Larson Grant in recognition of their theatrical work, including the new musicals Triangle and The Legend of Stagecoach Mary. Administered by the American Theatre Wing, the Larson Grant is dedicated to honoring emerging talent and infusing the music theatre community with new work. The songwriting team’s music was featured at the Grant Presentation Event, March 17, 2009 in New York City.

The Legend of Stagecoach Mary

The Legend of Stagecoach Mary was presented as part of the National Alliance for Musical Theatre's Festival of New Musicals on October 20th and 21st of 2008. Trickybox collaborators Curtis Moore and Thomas Mizer turn the idea of the real American hero on its head. That unexpected, true-life hero is Mary Fields, an ex-slave who heads to the Wild West to find freedom, adventure, and a good strong whiskey.

Variety announces that three songs from the Todd Solondz film, Palindromes, have made the final elegibility list of 42 songs for consideration for the original song Oscar. Trickybox songwriters Curtis Moore and Matthew Brookshire, along with Eytan Mirsky wrote, produced, and performed the songs.
